As Autom moved eastward, we upgraded all customers from coach to first class, only forgetting the little bag of peanuts. The chief improvement; the construction of a 120,000 square foot mammoth house of logistical brilliance. The move is a saga of 115 truck loads spread over six months, which had both its trials and triumphs, but that is a story for another day. The end game you ask? We have cut delivery time to customers by nearly half and in many ways have enhanced the overall customer experience exponentially. Moving the entire operation thousands of miles to be closer to our customers is the quintessential statement of how important our customers and their patronage are. At every level, Autom has their eye on the prize; to give the best possible customer experience in the industry, and I think it is clear we are willing to set entirely new standards to do so.
